This exercise is good for toning and helps you in losing weight in your legs. Resistance bands is ideally for home use and also great for prevention of injuries. To do this; you have to stand firm on top of your band and cross it over to look like an “X” position. Having it on each hand try to walk like a box formation, if you want to challenge yourself try to use a stiffer resistant band.
