I for one have been walking from house to office and vice-versa for health purposes. I have been doing this for four years straight now and I could say that it has helped me get healthier than before. When I started walking, it was kind of hard for me to walk from office to house but when walking came to be a habit for me, office to home was a very easy task.

Sometimes I even walk to some other places before going home to spend more time on the exercise and burn more calories. I have lost a lot of weight because of this. I also watched over my diet. I could say that I am healthier compared to before and could do a lot more things that I could not. That is all thanks to the walking exercise I have been doing and I will surely stick with it.
