A lot of people today have been engaging themselves in different exercises to make their body fit and healthy. One of these exercises is running. At first it was very hard for me to run a mile, and I never actually did reach a mile, but when I got used to running in slow and fast paces, running a mile was very easy for me. Now I am able to run long distances without getting tired easily and I am very happy of the results that this exercise has shown. I have lost more than ten pounds within such four months of running. Although running takes a lot of time, I enjoy it so much since I am able to make myself healthy and I could do it even at home. This exercise is really great and I will surely keep on doing it.
