Drink water before taking the meal. Water is one of the key to a healthy diet and has no calories in it. Drink one or two glasses of water before sitting down to a meal. It will help you eat less because your stomach is partially full.

Take Frequent Trips

You can actually lose weight at work, move around, get up and have some stretch or take a frequent trips to the water station. Also during your break go outside your building and take a walk. This little movement of yours can help you lose weight.
 

Chewing On Ice

If you are hungry and somewhat bored try chewing ice or anything that makes your mouth moving, it will trick your mind that you’re eating. Also chewing on ice will increase the intake of water. Gums or almonds is also a good alternative.
